These services are provided by Serventec Solutions, a business operating in Alberta, Canada. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Each client is granted access to the Serventec Solutions platform through a secure account. A setup link will be provided for credential creation. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Serventec may reset passwords or issue temporary login access for account recovery or support, upon request.
4. Term, Billing, and Cancellations
All services are billed month to month. No refunds are issued once a billing cycle has started. If you cancel mid-month, your access remains active until the last day of that month.
Example: Cancel on March 12 — access continues until March 31.

All clients must review and sign a formal Service Agreement as part of onboarding. This agreement outlines the scope of services, deliverables, timeline, onboarding procedures, and any additional terms relevant to your business needs.

7. Intellectual Property
All materials, software, logos, content, and processes are the property of Serventec Solutions or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform or materials without express written permission.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Serventec Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or opportunities.
We are also not liable for delays or outages caused by carrier networks or external platforms (e.g., SMS delivery delays).
9. Data Storage and International Hosting
While Serventec Solutions operates in Canada, our platform is built on third-party infrastructure—which may host or process data on servers located outside of Canada, including in the United States.
By using our services, you consent to the cross-border transfer and storage of data as necessary for service functionality.
